Do you offer 1/2 or 1/4 ring sizing? 
Absolutely! We are happy to resize all our rings free of charge*. Just order the size closest to what you're looking for and include your request in the Notes Section on the product page.

The majority of Misc. Jewelry pieces are handcrafted-to-order, this requires 3-10 business days for production as soon as payment is received, plus shipping time.

Select pieces in the ready-to-order section are in stock and will ship within 1-3 business days. Please read the process and shipping details in each individual product's description carefully.

1. Place order and select "Local Pick-Up" as your method of shipping.

2. Wait for order to be fulfilled. Please note, our pieces are mostly handmade-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase. It takes up to 2 to 8 business days to fulfill your order.

3. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted via text message and/or email to arrange a time and day to meet.

4. Drive by and pick-up!
*All local pick-ups are arranged outside of St.George Subway Station (at the Bedford entrance). 

Misc. Jewelry pieces are mostly handcrafted-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of your delivery at info@miscjewellery.com – a return will be arranged for select pieces only. (See below for pieces that are not eligible for return / refund or exchange). 

The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days once the order has arrived back at Misc. Jewellery workshop location (below), and if the piece is in its original, new condition and packaging.

NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS.

Due to the specific process and personalization of the following pieces, they are not eligible for a return / refund or exchange:

- All handcrafted-to-order pieces

- All custom designed or sourced pieces

- Engraved pieces

- Any pieces with signs of wear (scratches, marks, etc).

REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS.

Misc. Jewellery accepts refunds or exchanges for the following items: 

- All Ready-to-order pieces (that are not engraved or customized)

All Misc. Jewelry is designed and handmade for long-lasting wear. If your piece breaks due to hardware failure or defect, please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss repairing options.
