Do you offer 1/2 or 1/4 ring sizing? 
Absolutely! We are happy to resize all our rings free of charge*. Just order the size closest to what you're looking for and include your request in the Notes Section on the product page.

How does local pick-up work? 
1. Place order and select "Local Pick-Up" as your method of shipping.
2. Wait for order to be fulfilled. Please note, our pieces are mostly handmade-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase. It takes usually 2 to 8 business days to fulfill an order. *Varies depending on if product is Ready-to-Order or Handcrafted-to-Order.
3. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted via text message and/or email to arrange a time and day to meet.
4. Drive by and pick-up!
*All local pick-ups are arranged outside of St.George Subway Station (at the Bedford entrance).

My discount code won't work. What should I do? 
Oops! It's likely an accident from our end! Please place the order and specify in the Notes section at your Shopping Cart the discount code name. You will receive a refund within 24 to 48hrs for the discount code's value. Alternatively, you may email us anytime at info@miscjewellery.com or DM us on Instagram.

RETURNS & REFUNDS.

Misc. Jewelry pieces are mostly handcrafted-to-order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of your delivery at info@miscjewellery.com – a return will be arranged for select pieces only. (See below for pieces that are not eligible for return / refund or exchange). 

The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days once the order has arrived back at Misc. Jewellery workshop location (below), and if the piece is in its original, new condition and packaging.

NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS.

Due to the specific process and personalization of the following pieces, they are not eligible for a return / refund or exchange:

- All handcrafted-to-order pieces

- All custom designed or sourced pieces

- Engraved pieces

Any pieces with signs of wear (scratches, marks, etc).

All Misc. Jewelry is designed and handmade for long-lasting wear. If your piece breaks due to hardware failure or defect, please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss repairing options. 

REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS.

Misc. Jewellery accepts refunds or exchanges for the following items: 

- All Ready-to-order pieces (that are not engraved or customized)

All Misc. Jewelry is designed and handmade for long-lasting wear. If your piece breaks due to hardware failure or defect, please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss repairing options.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT TIMES.

The majority of Misc. Jewelry pieces are handcrafted-to-order, this requires 3-10 business days for production as soon as payment is received, plus shipping time.

Select pieces in the diamond jewellery collection are also handcrafted-to-order, this requires 3-5 weeks for production as soon as payment is received, plus shipping time.

Select pieces in the ready-to-order section are in stock and will ship within 1-3 business days.

Canada Shipping:

Orders placed within Canada range in price depending on location and shipping service selected by the customer. Delivery takes 1-15 business days, also depending on location. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

Orders placed internationally range in price depending on location and shipping service selected by the customer. Delivery takes 4-25 business days, also depending on location. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that Misc. Jewelry is not responsible for – it is up to the buyer to look over these potential fees. Misc. Jewelry is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

10k and 14k Yellow/White/Rose Gold

Our gold is available in 10K or 14K yellow, white or rose gold. Gold’s durability makes it perfect for everyday wear. Keep your gold looking its best by regularly polishing it with a simple polishing cloth. Each order from Misc. Jewellery comes with a free mini polishing cloth. Store individually in its pouch to prevent scratching.

925 Sterling Silver

925 Sterling Silver is the most affordable precious metal and has a bright white shine. 

Keep your silver looking its best by wearing it often to keep tarnish at bay. Avoid chemicals – including chlorine in swimming pools, lotions, cosmetics and fragrances that can cause tarnishing. After wearing, wash in warm water and pat dry. Store individually in its pouch to prevent scratching.
